Um.....WHAT???
I called him immediately and, after freaking out about him telling me this in an EMAIL, I asked him what happened. He said as he was getting out of his truck, he slipped on some ice in the parking ramp at his clinic, flew up in the air, and smacked the back of his head on the running board. Long story short, he had a CT scan/x-rays and everything came back fine, thank goodness!
Monday Night: I got attacked by a nasty cold virus, up all night coughing. On top of Sprout's trips to the potty and poor Cubbie's teething.
Tuesday: When I woke up, I swear someone had climbed into my throat and scraped the insides with sand paper! I was miserable. So I stayed home sick.
Tuesday Night: Up most of the night coughing, sleeping sitting up on the couch. Sprout's trips to the bathroom, Cubbie's fussy because of teething.
Wednesday: Brought laptop in for a diagnostic. (Sidenote, I felt so proud when I told them I'm a "Mom Blogger." :-)
Wednesday Night: Third verse, same as the first!
Thursday: The computer repair shop said my laptop main board is "failing," it may last 2 weeks, it may last 2 months. My DH was ticked! He bought both mine and his at the same time, one year and three weeks ago. Guess what? They came with a ONE YEAR warranty! Thanks alot HP! DH wrote the CEO an email. Don't hold your breath, honey!
Friday: Here's hoping for a better weekend!
What plans do YOU have for the weekend? Us, other than a $10 off coupon for Children's Place that expires on Saturday, nothing much!
(Ha, that reminds me of Will Farrell in Old School where he's telling the frat partiers that he and his wife have a trip planned to Home Depot the next day, remember??? Um, no? Ok...nevermind! "We're going streaking in the quad, come on!!! Ok, I'll quit now... ;-)

My friends husband sent an email that he was hit by a car while running! I was there when she opened it she flipped! Guys just don't get it sometimes!
Glad to hear the husband is okay. I did that too and I was lucky I missed the front door stoop or it would have been worse. Sorry everyone was sick. I hope all is well. I just wanted to let you know I am hosting something new next Friday I would love for you to come by and check it out and would like to have you. Have a great weekend. I am not sure yet what the weekend holds.. We shall see.

Did he not think you would freak getting that message? My Hubs would need to make sure he was at the doc when he sent me something like that because I would have hurt him once I got my hands on him! That is a phone call!!

Oh Sweetie...
I am sending you hugs and kisses all the way with Sunshine from Phoenix. You have had a week, after you found out he was okay, I hope you smacked DH with a nightstick. Woops that might send him in for another MRI, but at least he would remember Ma Bell? Hu. Men...sometimes I wonder where their heads are at. Are they sure they saw one in there when they did that MRI? Maybe you should ask for a redo?

I am tickled you came by and enjoyed my "Hands". My Moma lives in OK. so I don't have her hands in the picture just min, my daughters and her two 2 girls. My Grandma has been gone now for 33 years, I pull memories from my mind when I want to visit with her.
Look at your hands sweetie. Do you see your Moma? She is there, right there with you. She holds you at times you do not even know. I know they do. Look at your baby boys hands? Are they yours? You are in there somewhere, they are half you too. Take a picture of you and the two boys hands and study it. You will be surprised what you might see. I look at hands all the time. I think it says alot about who we are. You have very strong hands, sweetie look at what you do? You protect people, your hands represent a lot of things. Think about it. You will see.

My weekend looks like it will be taking care of my five kids....Mike has officially been added to the list now. He has become and invilad and it ain't fun. Poor guy is in terrible terrible pain, and can not do a thing.
Lucky me though...I can do everything!

Ugh, so sorry about the computer! I bought my husband a Dell laptop and right after the year warranty the thing started falling apart. So frustrating.

I can relate. My dh sent me texts this week that said, Call me. ASAP. He was downsized last week. What the heck could be more ASAP than that?
Sorry you had such a crappy week. Hope a nice weekend in will be a good cure. Me? I'll be spending at least 4 hours in a gymnasium watching kids basketball and volleyball. My butt will be numb and my wallet empty from all the "Mom, I'm hungry" pleas. But at least it keeps me from having to do laundry.

STREAKING! WOOOHOOOO! Sorry. Lost myself there for a second. I'm hoping that this next week goes better for us, too. Doesn't it seem like things always wear out right after the warranty does?

What a tough week.
Of course, your laptop is going to go out right after warranty. I am dealing with a refrigerator that went out this week. It is barely 4 years old and we spent almost 2k on it!
