You can do it!
You can read your Bible in a year.
Here's how:
Go to Crosswalk.com. It is one of my favorite online Christian resources.
Go on the left side under Resources and click on "Newsletters."
Scroll down under "Daily Devotions" and choose "Wow, the Big Picture."
Then enter your email and click "Sign Up."
Every day, you will get an email that contains scripture verses in New King James version.
One of my goals for the new year is to read my Bible more. So, today, I just signed up again. This is the perfect way to stick to a schedule for reading scripture. I print the email out and read it at work on my lunch break.
What are YOUR goals for the New Year?

My main goal is to remember my priorities. I love blogging and have had a few times when I get things out of order concerning it. I need to remember that I am a Christian, a wife and mom (same level on priorities), a friend, a bunch of other stuff and then a blogger. Sometimes I get a little too focused on some things. :-)
My only other goal is to cut my expenses more.
That is a great goal. I did that one year and it was pretty amazing. Happy New Year and much love for 2010!
LOL...This was my goal last year. It was with the program S.O.A.P. Bit off a little more than I could chew. I think my goal this year is the finish last years goad because I am halfway through and REALLY want to do it. I'm so OCD that I still label each page with the correct date even thought I didn't keep up. I am up to June 1st. I can do it!!!!
Hi, visiting from Mom Tried It. I am now following you as well. I did not know about this site, thanks for sharing. Finishing my reading is also a goal for me this year!!
Does it help to explain them too, or give things to think about? This is a great idea...I will check it out.
That is one of the best goals I have ever heard. In fact, I just signed up myself!
Besides becoming a better Christian, my goal for this new year is to be a better me in general. Work on my self confidence and self image. I also think that will be good for my family.
Awesome... I attempt this every year... he he.
Hope you and yours have a blessed new year!!!!

THAT.IS.AWESOME. I check my e-mail constantly, and that's a great way to get the Word in it too! Thanks, friend!
This is awesome, I am definitely signing up! :)
My goal is getting back home. I have too many obligations that are not in my home all day. I am the never stay at home mama. You know.
I just came across this posting and wouldn't you know, I just got the One Year Bible as a late Christmas gift for myself. It's totally my most important goal in 2010! Thanks for your inspiration. I only hope that I can keep up after the little guy comes, GRACE!
